This is my last blog post before Christmas and not a match report!
I didn't fish this weekend as went out for our works night out Saturday. Well I say our works night out, as I work in Northamptonshire and two days a week from home I didn't go to the one in Corby. But my good mate Andy who also works at home decided we would treat Saturday as our joint works do!
So both donned in Christmas jumpers we went to watch our local rugby club (Ebbw Vale) play Llanelli and have a few beers post match. Celebrating a good win for Ebbw Vale a few Beers turned into a few more Beers followed by some Chilli Vodka (I am just getting my taste buds back) and a great night out was had by all.
Needless to say I didn't make it for fishing Sunday, but I didn't plan to either to be honest. Andy did though and staggered out of the rugby club at about 10.30pm as he was booked in to the White Springs Christmas match the following morning.
I'm not sure when my next match is going to be yet, I have booked into the Woodlands View Silvers league which kicks off on January 3rd so I may have a week off over Christmas and just get my kit ready for that we shall see.
I would just like to thank you for reading my blog ramblings over the past year, and wish you all a very merry christmas and prosperous 2015. Hope you all have a great time with your nearest and dearest and continue to enjoy your fishing as much as I do in 2015.
